IAA provided commercial management from inception to completion. On such a complex contract (at the time it was the largest structural cabling project in Europe) it was essential that control was kept on monies expended.
Equally essential was keeping a track of the variations which equated to £1.450,000 (approx 60%) of the subcontract sum, along with prolongation due to disruption and late access to areas of £300,000.
Such control was possible due to our site presence and subsequent commercial guidance and as a direct result of our Commercial Management the project was a financial success.
