Provided full project management services including site and commercial management. This enabled the subcontract to be completed within budget and on programme.
As a direct result of IAA management, the contribution percentage was increased through cost savings (suppliers and subcontractors) without compromising health and safety issues or best value to the end user.
Pilkington were the only contractor to complete as per the programme.
