Conversion of the M.V. Audacia
IAA were employed by Babcock Design & Technology to provide a Commercial Management service for the production of detailed design drawings, for the conversion of the Audacia to a dynamic pipe laying vessel. The works were carried out under bespoke contract conditions.

Construction of New Hospital, Malta
IAA were approached some 6 months after contract award to provide commercial management services to assist in the preparation and evaluation of the structural steelwork remeasurement and the corresponding star rates due an ongoing dispute between the Contractor and Subcontractor as to the proper methodology to be used for the evaluation of the increased and modified workscope.

Pompora Treatment Plant Upgrade Ashanti Goldfield, Ghana
Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation upgrade of Gold Plant. Due to late delivery of 'free issue' materials the subcontract duration was prolonged by 17 weeks beyond a subcontract period of 20 weeks.
