These include all Options under NEC 3, various forms of the Standard Form of Building Contract (With or Without Quantities, Private and Local Authorities Editions, With Contractors Design, etc.), the ICE Conditions of Contract, GC/Works/1, the Standard Form of Management Contract, DOM/1 and the FCEC Form of Subcontract. We also have a wide knowledge of the international FIDIC Forms of Contract together with experience of the various ‘bespoke’ conditions of national and international contracts.
We believe in checking the conditions of contract, checking contract documentation, eliminating discrepancies, ensuring that there are clear and open channels of communication among the parties, giving and receiving clear and unambiguous instructions and ensuring that information is given and received timeously. In the economic climate prevailing today where margins are tight, we believe that we offer a service that enables our clients to monitor and control costs effectively.
